CITY OF YACHATS 
RESOLUTION NO. 2013-01-04 
 
 
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal to operate the Yachats Visitors Center for the calendar year 2013 was advertised in the local paper and on the City website; and 
 
WHEREAS, The Yachats Chamber of Commerce submitted a proposal which met all the criteria and was under the amount budgeted for the year; 
 
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Yachats resolves to contract with the Yachats Chamber of Commerce for the 2013 operation of the Visitors Center, contract price shall be $54,695 
 
This Resolution is memorializing an action taken by City Council at the January 10, 2013 meeting and was effective as of that date.
